New Construction / Big developments

We currently have 2 new construction / development options in the horizon:

  • Brand new construction of 4 stories building with 3 separate high-end units.
    This project is in a prime location and “Shovel-ready”/ready for construction! (permits, developer tax and tax abatement are already in place!)
  • We are currently working on a big development that is not yet ready as we are trying to buy the nearby lots. Current buildings & lots will get approved for up to 30 units but if we successfully purchase the lots nearby (currently negotiating), we are most likely to increase this development to 60 to 80 units! (final permits for this project will most likely will be issued sometimes around 2020)
